50 Days 50 Ideas

For each the last 50 days of this campaign, we are rolling out a new, big idea to improve Manhattan.

Day 50:

Up first, a report card for every neighborhood to grade how our city agencies are doing for you. The report card will grade how well city agencies are serving each neighborhood in areas like clean streets, removing scaffolding, and responding to public safety concerns.
