We need to think big about investing in a truly comprehensive childcare system in Manhattan.

From Washington Heights to Battery Park, child care continues to be one of the largest expenses for families in the borough. It’s time we fix that.

Keith’s plan will:

• Create a nation-leading 2K program in NYC so new families have the tools they need to set their children up for success.

• Work to achieve universal Pre-K and 3K for every child in the five boroughs.

• Expand after school programming to help working families, including access to these programs within reasonable proximity to where they live.
